Contributions to Patricia Kotze-Ramos for Assembly 2012 are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income tax purposes. The California Political Reform Act places limits on contribution to candidates for staff and imposes certain prohibitions.
This request does not seek a contribution in excess of applicable limits or from prohibited sources. Individuals,
businesses, and PAC's may contribute a maximum of $3,900 per election. A registered small contributor committee may
contribute a maximum of $7,800 per election.
